Service Description

This session offers a gentle yet powerful way to clear stagnant energy and bring balance to the body’s natural energy centers. Using breath, grounding practices, and intuitive touch, we support the body’s ability to reset and realign. Rooted in principles inspired by Lakota teachings, the session honors the connection between breath, Earth, and spirit—helping you return to a state of calm, clarity, and centeredness from root to crown. What’s Included in the Session: • Chakra assessment and intuitive clearing • Breath-based grounding influenced by Lakota wisdom • Energetic alignment techniques • Space to rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself • Guidance on continuing balance at home In-person session Location: The Paseo (address provided upon booking confirmation) Client Guidelines: In-person sessions are open to all women, as well as male clients with whom I have an existing relationship established. *If you are a new male client, you are welcome to book a distance session.
