Hi! I’m Crystal—a trauma-informed energy healer, justice system reform advocate, and founder of #EnoughNow. I help survivors and anyone navigating life, reconnect with their power, process trauma, and return to wholeness through energy work and spiritual healing.
My work is rooted in truth, intuition, and deep compassion. I believe in honoring both the pain and the beauty of our stories. When I’m not holding space for healing, you can usually find me walking my two rescue pups, creating something with my hands or connecting with nature.
My Story

I spent most of my 30s building a brand and working as a full-time maker, but everything came to a screeching halt after I was raped and stalked by a convicted felon at my shop.
After reporting the assault to police—like so many sexual assault survivors—I was silenced and blamed by the justice system. That injustice lit a fire in me to start a nonprofit, #EnoughNow, dedicated to ending the silence and inaction survivors face when seeking justice.
My true healing didn’t begin until I found energy healing. It has transformed my life in ways I never knew were possible.
While I’m not a licensed mental health professional, I do know trauma inside and out—through both my own lived experiences and the guidance of my mentor—a retired trauma & PTSD specialist and energy healer.
Together with my mentor, we’ve created an accessible approach that combines the science of trauma with energy healing that meets survivors exactly where they are.
I’ve also trained under the guidance of my mentor in energy healing. I’ve completed Course 1 through Healing Beyond Borders, a international program in Healing Touch therapy, and continue to deepen my skills through ongoing education and hands-on client work.
I’m committed to helping other trauma survivors reclaim their lives—with truth, power, and soul-deep healing.
